		<description>Fatima Da: I am familiar with the SWOT analysis, but have never thought to apply it to my own personal development.  I think that is a great suggestion and an interesting approach.  It really allows you to understand where you are and what more you need to work on.  I am going to have to work on putting one together and I think it will have a good impact on my list of short term and long term goals.  As you mentioned, you always want to make sure you are turning your strengths into opportunities.  Thanks again for the suggestion.</description>
