Hope
In addition to focusing on increasing joy and happiness within your life, you will also want to bring more hope within your life to improve your level of well being. Loss of hope can lead to severe sadness, sorrow and even depression. So, it is important to focus on maintaining your level of hope.
One proven method for maintaining a constant level of hope and optimism within your life is to set personal goals. When you stop striving to achieve things within your personal and professional lives, despair and loss of way may often result. So, to combat this in a proactive manner, take time to write a list of at least 5 goals within each area of your life. As you write down your list, keep an open mind. Don’t be afraid to “Think Bigâ€.
Once you create your list of initial goals, you need to further define them. In order for something to be considered a goal, it needs to have both a time frame and an amount associated with it. For example, I want to retire at age 55 is not a goal. But, I want to retire at age 55 with an annual income of $60,000 is a true goal, as it has both an associated time frame and amount.
Another great way to maintain hope within your life is to give back to others who are less fortunate than you are. No matter where you are within your life economically, there are others close by who are worse off. Spend time giving and sharing your gifts with others to give them hope.

Improving the level of hope within your own life as well as within the lives of others is a great, proactive way of improving the quality of your life.
To increase your level of personal wellness, focus on bringing more joy, happiness and hope within your life and/or into the lives of those around you.

As important as setting goals, its also important to have a follow through plan on how is could be achieved.
In my case, I sometimes, lose focus on goals, after some time. I guess you need to remind yourself of these goals every day and be dedicated about achieving them, otherwise its not going to happen

Robert Louis Stevenson: “There is no duty we so underrate as that of being happy.”
It’s nice to see you and so many others on the web talking about happiness. And even more: doing something to help create it.
