Your beliefs about yourself and your world create your expectations. Your expectations determine your attitude. Your attitude determines your behavior and the way you relate to other people. And the way you behave toward and relate to other people determines how they relate to and behave toward you ~Â Brian Tracy.

I love to provide a long list of how to “change our attitude(s)” I mean the ones which are not obviously serving us; but this short video of  less than 2 mins long  says alot in a knot shell and it’s simple. Start practising  to become a reversed paranoid…. See obstacles as opportunities to grow and change…..

Fatima: Great post and great video. I think you made a great point about how it all is a chain reaction. We really do have to be careful about what we set in motion and ensure that we aren’t working against ourselves. Thanks for the insights and sharing the video.

An interesting post. And there’s more to it than attitude.
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him…” Romans 8:28. I happened to have based my inspirational romance, Love Turns the Tide, on that Bible verse. To read more about my book go to http://www.gailpallotta.com

Reminds me of an old aphorism of mine: “Optimists think badly, but live well.”

I have always love the concept of a reverse paranoid. I have not thought about this term in a while, thanks for sharing the video. I agree the Universe is out to get me … in a very good way!

Enjoyed the video. Optimism certainly goes a long way. I wouldn’t say I’m an optimist, but I don’t let my “failures” keep me down for too long.
Enjoy the weekend.

Attitude is surely one of the most important assets that a person can have.
